Eve

Eve is a PDF reader and annotator. It works on your own files, on your own device, and does not send them anywhere.
We never receive your documents. Eve has no server for your content, no account, and no analytics or tracking SDKs.
The PDFs you open, and everything you add to them — highlights, ink, notes, signatures, stamps, form entries, bookmarks, reading position, collections and settings — are stored locally. Annotations are kept alongside the file rather than written into it, so your original is never modified unless you export a flattened copy yourself.
On iOS and Android this local store is included in your device's own backup (iCloud or Google). That backup is governed by Apple's or Google's terms, not ours.
If you type or paste a URL to import a PDF, the request goes directly from your device to the address you entered. We do not receive, proxy, or log it. The downloaded file is checked to confirm it really is a PDF, then stored locally like any other document.
Eve Pro is a subscription. The purchase itself is handled entirely by Apple or Google — we never see your payment details. The subscription record is processed on our behalf by RevenueCat, which receives the purchase and an anonymous identifier generated on your device so the app knows what you are entitled to.
RevenueCat receives none of your documents, annotations, or reading activity. The identifier is not linked to your name or email, and is regenerated if you reinstall the app — after a reinstall, use Restore purchases in Settings to recover your subscription.
Where Eve offers AI features, the model runs on your own machine and your document is never sent to us or to any AI provider. The only network request involved is downloading the model file itself.
Because we hold no copy of your content, there is nothing on our side to access, correct or erase. Deleting a document in the app, or deleting the app, removes it from your device. For subscription records held by RevenueCat, or any other question, email admin@gladve.com.
Eve is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly process their data.
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the app links to the updated version.
